1. General Condition Grade: ASTM A193 B7 / 42CrMo Super Nut
Applied to normal-temperature marine flanges and general mechanical parts without strong corrosion. Featuring stable technology and reliable cost performance, it is the preferred fastener for conventional medium-temperature and high-pressure marine scenarios.
2. High-temperature Creep-resistant Grade: ASTM A193 B16 Super Nut
Adopted for high-temperature pipelines in marine engine rooms, boilers and large reciprocating compressors. The vanadium-reinforced material maintains stable anti-relaxation performance under long-term high temperature, preventing flange loosening and leakage.
3. Heavy Impact Resistant Grade: 40CrNiMo / 4340 Super Nut
Applied to deck machinery, anchor bases and heavy-load hinge parts. The nickel-alloy material has excellent toughness and fatigue resistance, withstanding impact damage caused by hull shaking and repeated loads.
4. Medium-high Temperature Age-hardened Grade: ASTM A453 660B / A286 Super Nut
Designed for marine gas turbines, generator sets and dry sulfur-containing pipelines. It stably maintains preload and reduces stress attenuation under medium-high temperature working conditions.
5. Extreme Corrosion Resistant Grade: Inconel 718 Sulfur-resistant Super Nut
Certified by NACE MR0175, this nickel alloy nut resists sulfide stress cracking and chloride corrosion. It is suitable for deep-sea equipment, sulfur-containing compressors and offshore wellhead pipelines under ultra-harsh conditions.
