2. Wind Turbine Cabin High-temperature Grade: ASTM A193 B16 KPMBOLT Super Nut

Applied to cabin internal high-temperature pipelines and gearbox peripheral connections. It has excellent high-temperature creep resistance and anti-relaxation performance, maintaining stable preload for a long time and avoiding equipment vibration failure caused by high-temperature fatigue.

3. Wind Power Heavy Impact Grade: 40CrNiMo / 4340 KPMBOLT Super Nut

Specially used for wind turbine blade flanges, main frame and tower main connection flanges. The nickel-based high-toughness material resists strong wind impact and long-term alternating fatigue damage, ensuring the overall structural stability of wind turbines.

4. Medium-high Temperature Alternating Grade: ASTM A453 660B / A286 KPMBOLT Super Nut

Adapted to mountain and plateau wind farms with large temperature difference. It effectively inhibits preload attenuation under alternating temperature conditions and meets the long-term operation requirements of wind power equipment in all seasons.

5. Offshore Wind Power Corrosion Resistant Grade: Inconel 718 KPMBOLT Super Nut

Certified by NACE MR0175, this nickel alloy material resists chloride corrosion and stress cracking, adapting to offshore salt spray and high-humidity harsh environments, and solving the failure problems of offshore wind power fasteners.
