KPMBOLT Super Nuts consist of a nut body, jackbolts, and thrust washers, all manufactured in accordance with the Manufacturing and Inspection Process Plan (MPP). The nut body is made of high – strength alloy steel with a material certificate, consistent batch, and heat number. Its chemical composition is verified in accordance with specifications using a trometer, compliant with GB/T 3077. It is heat – treated to HRC 30–36, and 100% hardness – tested. The grain size is ≥5 grade, and it is 100% UT – tested (EN 10308 Level 4).
Jackbolts use higher – grade steel, with a hardness of HRC 48–54. They are 100% hardness – tested, with a yield strength ≥1500MPa, and 100% MT – tested (EN 10228 – 1 Level 4). Washers have a hardness of HRC 40–44, and are precise and defect – free. Pure axial preload ensures uniform force with an error <5%, eliminating leakage and deformation.
Widely used in turbine cylinders, flanges, valves, bearings, and couplings. Sizes range from M30–M150, with a temperature range of – 25℃~250℃. They can directly replace original nuts and are easy to install. Leakage failure is reduced by 95%, and maintenance is reduced by 70%.
