In the coal mining conveying and crushing system, stage loaders and crushers perform key functions such as material transfer, crushing and buffering. KPMBOLT consists of a nut body, jackbolts and thrust washers, all subject toA comprehensive Manufacturing and Inspection Process Plan (MPP). The nut body is made of high – strength alloy steel with a material certificate, from the same batch and having the same heat number. Its chemical composition has been verified by a spectrometer and is compliant with GB/T 3077. It is heat – treated to a hardness of HRC 30–36. 100% of the steel has undergone hardness testing, with a grain size of ≥5 grade. Also, 100% of it has been UT – tested (EN 10308 Level 4).

Jackbolts are made of higher – grade steel, with a hardness of HRC 48–54. 100% of them have been hardness – tested, and their yield strength is ≥1500 MPa. 100% of the jackbolts have been MT – tested (EN 10228 – 1 Level 4).

Washers have a hardness of HRC 40–44, and they are precise and defect – free. Pure axial preload ensures uniform force and eliminates loosening.

It is widely used in loader drive sections, reducer flanges, sprockets, frames, crusher shafts, frames, and bearing seats. The sizes range from M30 to M64, and they can directly replace the original nuts, with easy installation. The failure rate is reduced by over 90%, the operation time is increased by 40%, and the cost is reduced by over 60%
